At a joint special meeting of shareholders held on October 15, 2013, Donald C. Burke, Joseph P. LoRusso, Herbert J. Markley, James A. McNamara and Roy W. Templin were elected as trustees of Goldman Sachs Trust and Goldman Sachs Variable Insurance Trust. In addition, shareholders of the Goldman Sachs N-11 Equity Fund and the Goldman Sachs Money Market Fund approved changes to each Fund’s policy in respect of concentration of investments in any particular industry or group of industries.
