New Fund Aims to Take Asset Allocation to the Next Level by Dynamically Adapting to Evolving Markets

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved amendments to Rule 2a-7 on January 27, 2010. These newly adopted rules are meant to strengthen the regulatory requirements governing money market funds.

Effective November 2, 2009 (the “Effective Date”), Class B shares of the Goldman Sachs Funds will no longer be available for purchase by new or existing shareholders.
